As Australians, we spend a lot of our time in and around the water; it’s a big part of our culture. For this reason, it’s important that our students learn water safety and survival skills, so that they can continue to enjoy aquatic activities.
To help achieve this goal, the Department of Education (DoE) runs the School Swimming and Water Safety Program. This is a Government-funded program that is free for students. All that’s required is that the schools meet pool entry and transport costs.
Notes and payment are due by the 8th of March 2021.

At Asquith Public School we acknowledge the Darug and Guringai people as the traditional custodians of the lands where we meet, teach, learn and flourish. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and are grateful to share and care for this land for future generations to enjoy.
